1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Talk2Sofia (the "Service", "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. User Eligibility

The Service is intended strictly for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. During registration, you must provide your true age and verify that you are older than 21. Talk2Sofia is not designed for children or minors, and account creation by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape conversations and server-side model logic.
• Evade clinical risk assessment guards or intentionally trigger medical emergency situations.
• Create multiple mock credentials or exploit payment trials.

5. Account Closure & Data Erasure

We respect your right to privacy and data deletion. You can request the permanent erasure of your account, screening profiles, and chat transcripts at any time via the Settings panel in your dashboard. Upon submitting an erasure request, your profile, credentials, and conversation histories will be permanently deleted from our active databases.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALK2SOFIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND WELLBEING DECISIONS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH AI INTERACTION OUTPUTS.
